Kalau nk diet tu,jgn sampai tk makan..
klu tgh diet..dalam satu hari tu..mkn nasi satu pinggan,1 kali..
hehehe..tk pun ikut sunnah nabi muhammad s.a.w..puasa isnin dan khamis..begitulah die...huahuahua..

y 2 ok gak...
dpt trunkn berat badan...
contohnye eylla da tgk kt dpn mata...
dulu mak eylla bkn nk diet atau kuruskn bdn...
mak juz nk jg mkn...
org kate oat bek utk kesihatan...
mak pun mkn byk oat dlm 1 ari...
n now mak eylla da kurus...
tpi kitorg sume x suke ble mak eylla kurus..
mak eylla pun x suke..
tpi nk wat camne..
da jdi...
pape pun, b4 korg diet, minta r pndgn dr doktor dlu ye..
ttg oat ni x tau die sesuai utk sume atau x..

Answer the phone by
LEFT ear
Do not drink coffee
TWICE a day.
Do not take pills with
COOL water
Do not have
HUGE meals after 5pm.
Reduce the amount of
OILY food you consume.
Drink more
WATER in the morning, less at night.
Keep your distance from hand phone
CHARGERS
Do not use headphones/earphone for

kolestrol + gula = mati cepat...nak lagi cepat, amalkan 6 kali sehari dlm kuantiti yang banyak...
